| The aim of the subject is to acquaint the students with following topics: History of the real estate cadastre in the Czech Lands, Act No 177/27 Coll., on land cadastre, land cadastre documentation, land registry book, mutial relation between land cadastre and land registry book, cancellation of constituency of records into land registry book according to par. 2 of the Act No 141/50 Coll.,uniform registration of land, registration of real estates - Act No 22/64 Coll., and Decree No 23/64 Coll., the Act No 265/92 Coll., on registration of ownership and other material rights, entry and record into cadastre, remark, registration of other data, data revision, duties of owners, municipalities, renowal of cadastral documentation, publicity of cadastre (information), survey sketches. |
