Course objectives:

The purpose of this course is to recall and supplement basic knowledge of mathematics to facilitate students the beginning of their university studies. The course is recommended for KMA/ZM1.

It is necessary to correctly solved assignments given by lectures.

|
Sets and symbols. Number systems. Intervals and interval notation.
Operation with algebraic expression, simplify expression and numerical expression evaluation.
Vectors, matrix and system of linear equations.
One-variable calculus: linear functions, quadratic function, polynomial and rational functions, exponential function and logarithms.
Concept of limit, properties of limits.
Derivatives and applications of derivatives.
Integrals and applications of integrals.
Calculus of several variables.
