Course objectives:

The elaboration of a bachelor thesis following the determined settings is a necessary condition for passing the final bachelor's examination in the field of study in Mechanics, specialization Constructions. The thesis is assigned by the Department of Mechanics following the faculty rules on final state exams. Usually it consists with the subjects explored in the course Thesis workshop.

Requirements on student
|
Requirement for obtaining the course credit is active participation in consultations for working out the thesis and providing the thesis to its supervisor in required by him level of elaboration.

Content
|
The elaboration of a bachelor thesis following the determined settings is a necessary condition for passing the final bachelor's examination in the field of study in Mechanics, specialization Constructions. The subject of the thesis is assigned by the relative Department in the end of the 5th semester or in the beginning of the 6th semester. The main consultant will inform the student about all the necessary steps for approaching correctly the thesis professionally and methodically and about the important deadlines. The student periodically informs the main consultant about his or her activities. Eventually the other students can be also informed in a specific workshop created with this aim. The expected extent of the text is 20 ? 40 pages.
