Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to prepare students for comprehensive support of basic business, ie support for the operation of buildings and accompanying structures. Students will be able to provide basic support services, be ready to manage and operate them. At the same time, they will also acquire the basic knowledge for creation of outsourcing requirements in accordance with the EU standard ČSN EN 15221 "Facility Management".

Requirements for credit:
Student will create semestral tasks in a satisfactory quality and pass written tests with a success rate of over 50%.
Requirements for exam:
Student will demonstrate adequate knowledge of semestral subject and skills of its application in context.

Content
|
1. Modern facility management, terminology, current status, expert team.
2. Defining spatial requirements and related services in building management and operation.
3. Optimization of specific workplace requirements, coordination of activities with architects and designers.
4. Management of own or external staff in the area of building management including their cleaning.
5. Waste management in construction, waste legislation.
6. Fundamentals of security, security, personal protection, property and health, information security, anti-terrorism protection, etc.
7. Health and safety at work and building hygiene rules.
8. Management and operation of building operation and management documentation.
9. Reception services and other service fields, support and facilities for these services.
10. Internal logistics of companies including management documents, internal mail, photocopying services, printing services, archiving services, car traffic, taxis, etc.
11. Basics of uniform form of contractual documents with external and internal providers (SLA, FM contracts and internal regulations) in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 41012 .
12. Principles of EU perception of Facility Management, ČSN EN 15221 and EuroFM Agenda 2020 parameters.
13. Presentation, evaluation.
