Course objectives:

Intended for students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, masters study course Civil engineering
The students will be acquainted with:
- problems in the theory and praxis in the field of construction management and investor activity
- the issues of quality control, work safety, protection of the environment, law and psychology of human resources management
- the principles of preparation and implementation of development projects, activities of project managers and managers at all levels on site

Requirements for credit:
Preparation and presentation of a semester project at an adequate level
Credits from the subject KME/MEN obtained in previous studies are not acknowledged
Requirements for exam:
Active knowledge of the content of the course, ability to apply the knowledge in the area of management of structures.
