Course objectives:

The student
- will get acquainted with designing of multistorey and hall structures
- will understand the principles used for the design of said structures
- will learn about the project of multistorey building and productions hall

Requirements on student
|
Requirements for credit:
The student will elaborate and hand in a semestral project of an adequate level.
Credits from the subject KME/STS5 obtained in previous studies are not acknowledged
Requirements for exam:
Active knowledge of the content of the course, ability to apply the knowledge to solve practical exercises.

Introduction, exploration, situational elements, assignment, location, distribution of buildings, layout and disposition requirements, structural systems design, materials
2. Multistrorey structures - construction systems and stability
typology and use of construction systems, loads, analysis and design of the structure, stability and strength solution, use of materials to vertical structures
3. Multistorey buildings ? structural systéme
