Course objectives:
|
The main objective of the final state exam is to verify that the student
- has successfully mastered the mathematical modelling in mechanics of rigid and elastic bodies and the modelling of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid flows,
- is able to actively use modern computational methods in problems of mechanics of rigid and elastic bodies,
- is able to actively use modern methods of computational fluid dynamics,
- has the necessary professional skills, knowledge and competencies that he/she can further use in practice or during his/her study in the Ph.D. program Applied Mechanics.
