| The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the history and culture of Middle Eastern countries since the World war 2nd to the immediate present. It introduces first the essential moments of 20th and 21st century affecting the entire region, including their causes, history and consequences. Then it discusses the individual countries in the region Arab East with main focus on political developments. Attention is also paid to relation of Middle East countries toward the West. The main purpose of this course is creating of knowledge base. |
