The aim of the course is to acquire and develop the theoretical and practical skills in the field of mathematics, which the student will use in further study according to his specialization. It mainly deals with the creation of mathematical language (basic terms of propositional and predicate logic, introduction to set theory), repetition of rules for counting in various numerical fields, simplification of algebraic expressions, solving of equations and inequalities, basics of analytical geometry, introduction to the real functions of one real variables.
